At The Shopster, we totally get it — sometimes you change your mind. If you would like to cancel your order, there is no problem! Proceed like this:

1. How to Cancel Your Order

Just email us at sales@theshopster.com as soon as you can. Do not forget to write your order number and a brief explanation of the cancellation.

2. When You Can Cancel

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no fees, no hassle.
• In case 24 hours have already lapsed, your order could already be in processing and cancelling might not be an option.

3. Orders We Can’t Cancel

We won’t be able to cancel:

• Orders that have already been shipped
• Custom-made or personalized items once we’ve started making them

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• We will issue a full refund back to the initial payment method if cancellation is done within 24 hours.
• In the case where your order cannot be cancelled because it is en route, there is no need to panic: our Return and Refund Policy can be reviewed when you recieve the order.
