At The Shopster, your happiness means everything to us. If something’s not quite right with your order, don’t worry — we’ve made our return and refund process super simple. Here’s how it works:
1. Can You Return Your Item?
You can return your item if:
- It’s unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
- You request the return within 30 days of getting your order.
- The product isn’t damaged or worn out by you.
Note: Unless damaged or defective, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
It’s easy!
- Email us at sales@theshopster.com with your order number and the reason you’d like to return the item.
- Our team will send you simple return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- We’ll pay for the return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong one.
- For any other reason aside from this, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your package arrives safely.
4. How Refunds Work
- Once we get your returned item, we’ll check it over and let you know if your refund is approved.
- Provided that all goes well, we will process the refund to the original method of payment in 7-10 business days.
5. Want a Different Size or Color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you’d like something else, just return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
6. Got a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s not what you ordered — no stress.
Email us at sales@theshopster.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll either replace it or give you a full refund (including shipping).
