Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Returns due to size issues are accepted only if the item is unworn.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition (unless defective) are not eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at sales@theshopster.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no cost.
  • After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply if the order has already entered production.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Email sales@theshopster.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
